i love lighting candles. candles and matches smell good.
fall is so nice. sleeping in a cold room, reading all morning, the smell of the house and the back yard...it's like comfort food, but in the weather. if that makes sense.

i miss hume and chicago, because those are two places i used to be this time of year for oe and travelling to jamaica...but i'm glad i'm here. i like school-and i'm glad i'm only in it for one semester and that i'm going for fun. these 'mla format' essays are sneakin up on me though. gah!

anyway. i'm getting the travel bug again. i want to go all over the states and still think it would be fun to au pair in england for a summer, but as of now, i'll be attending aveda in the spring [well, i interview next week] and hopefully will get a sweet job for the summer/work on the adoption. after that...who knows. it's no big deal...i wish i could spend a week at hume right now. too bad.
